Why do we give a portion of our proceeds to Children's Hospitals?

In short, because I know all too well what it is like to spend time there with your sweet little loved one. Because of my son's seizure disorder he had to spend chunks of time in the hospital. When we came to learn how medically complex and sensitive he was it was my inspiration to change the environment around him and make it as clean as I could. I could not cure the Epilepsy he was born with but I could do my best to surround him with a loving and toxin-free household.

When he did have to get admitted we brought our aromatherapy with us and not only did it help Oscar, but it boosted the mood of anyone who came into his room. It became a fundamental part of his life wether at home or in the hospital. It was a beautiful constant that helped him immensely.

Knowing the joy it brought Oscar & others and for all the amazing care he received from incredible doctors, chaplains, nurses, therapists and child life specialists etc., giving back felt so right.

This year we were able to donate to his home hospital of Boston Children's in the Child Life department. They provide so much family support and are phenomenal at what they do.

From books and toys, projects and parties to decking out your room when you have been there for far too long — these are true earth angels that bring immense support and joy to patients and families alike.
